Playdate at the park with Brady

Had a great playdate at the park with Brady & Traci.  Have to get in as many as we can before Traci goes back to work..... I really wish she would have stayed off for the summer! :)
This was a great park, it was a good walk to get to the park & then there were great play structures for the kids to run all over & play on!  We also shot baskets, blew bubbles and tried to fly a kite.

Peter Frampton Alive 35

Traci won tickets to see Peter Frampton Alive 35 at the Paramount downtown Denver & she asked me to go with her.  I can't say I'm a fan of Frampton, I figured we know 3 songs (& we knew 3 songs- LOL!)  but I love live music and it was a fun night having a couple drinks and enjoying a concert downtown with my bestie!
Katie & Kenny also met us out for a drink- Thanks guys!  It was super great to see you!!

Playing at the Park

It was another beautiful day to play at the park!

First day of NEW school!

Kiddos started kindergarten at their new school today.  They were excited and nervous!  The great thing, they are all in the same class- so at least they have each other! 
I asked them if they wanted to be in the same class or separate classes.  The girls said they wanted to be together and at first A said he wanted to be in a class by himself, but after thinking about it for a couple hours, he changed his mind and wanted to be in a class with the girls.  I personally think that is best- they will only be in the same class for a couple months before school is out and then they at least know/have each other.
Down side-- out here kindergarten is only 3 hours a day..... well, you can pay for extended hours, but I can't afford that! LOL!!  So, still on the fence on what to do for next year.
1- Have them be in kindergarten again so they are older for their class
2- move them on to 1st grade, but they will be the younger kids in their class.

I guess we'll see what the teachers say when this year is over.

New Home

Our new home!
Here's the kiddos on the front steps of our new home!  Yes, the sun is shining in their faces.  We still have boxes, boxes, EVERYWHERE!  Slowly, but surely they'll all get unboxed and put away..... or at least the ones we need will get unboxed, some stuff never gets unboxed.

As for now, we are enjoying beautiful Colorado, but sure do miss everyone back home.
